Automation & AI Workflow Associate (No-Code + Python + Claude)

About the Role

We are building intelligent automation systems for businesses to streamline operations, reduce manual effort, and improve efficiency using AI and workflow automation tools.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about automation, enjoys solving real business problems, and wants hands-on experience working with AI tools, APIs, and workflow systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage workflow automations using tools like:
• Zapier / Make (Integromat) / n8n
• Claude Expertise
• Integrate multiple platforms (CRM, WhatsApp, Email, Sheets, APIs)
• Create automation pipelines for:
• Lead management
• Internal operations
• Reporting dashboards
• Assist in building AI-driven workflows using:
• OpenAI / ChatGPT APIs (prompt structuring, logic flows)
• Write basic Python scripts where needed for:
• Data processing
• API integrations
• Automation enhancements
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing workflows
• Document processes and automation logic

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of automation tools (Zapier / Make / n8n)
• Familiarity with APIs & integrations
• Basic knowledge of Python
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Ability to understand business processes and convert them into workflows

Assist in building AI-driven workflows using:

• OpenAI APIs (ChatGPT) prompt structuring, response handling, and logic flow design
• Anthropic (Claude) workflow design, long-context handling, and structured outputs
• Designing multi-step AI logic such as:
• Input Processing Decision Output flows
• Building intelligent automations using:
• Prompt chaining
• Conditional logic
• Context-based responses
• Assisting in Claude-first and ChatGPT-first workflow design approaches based on use case
• Creating reusable prompt templates and AI modules for business use cases

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Experience with:
• Airtable / Google Sheets automation
• Webhooks
• Basic JavaScript
• Exposure to AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
• Prior internship/project in automation
