Startup Movers is a startup-focused consulting and business services firm working with founders across company incorporation, finance, compliance, virtual CFO, business operations, and process consulting.

We are building internal systems and automations to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and scalability across our services. We are looking for a smart, execution-focused person who enjoys solving business problems using technology, AI tools, automations, and APIs.

We are looking for an Automation & AI Systems Associate who can help us improve workflows, build automations, connect tools, and implement practical tech solutions across the organization.

This is not a traditional software developer role. We are looking for someone who:

enjoys solving problems,

can independently figure things out,

uses AI tools effectively,

understands systems and workflows,

and can convert ideas into working solutions.

You do not need to be an expert coder, but you should be comfortable understanding technology, learning quickly, and implementing solutions using modern tools.

Manage and optimize Zoho CRM workflows and automations

Create integrations between different platforms using APIs and automation tools

Build internal operational tools and workflow automations

Work on AI-based implementations and process improvements

Automate repetitive business and operational tasks

Coordinate with external developers/freelancers when required

Test, debug, document, and improve existing systems

Explore and implement AI tools for productivity and operations

Create dashboards, tracking systems, and reporting automations

Improve lead management and customer journey workflows

Assist in implementing WhatsApp, email, CRM, and AI-based workflows
