AutoCAD Draughtsman & Technical Support Associate

About the Role

We are hiring a Technical Support Associate based in Hyderabad. You will work with our product development team on CAD-based tasks and documentation. You will also handle client support answering queries and providing on-site assistance. This role is best suited for someone with a Civil Engineering or Architecture background who is comfortable working directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the product development team by preparing CAD drawings using our custom AutoCAD plugin.
• Prepare and maintain clear, accurate product documentation.
• Resolve product-related queries through multiple support channels ticketing system, 1-on-1 online calls, and in-person meetings.
• Work at client sites to provide direct technical support to clients and end users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Practical knowledge of local Development Control Regulations (DCR).
• 12 years of experience in technical support, AutoCAD-based roles, or client-facing environments (added advantage).
• Prior experience in on-field operations (added advantage).
