Job Title: Invoice360 Auditor

Role Summary:

We are hiring an Invoice360 Auditor to act as both a Quality Owner and Customer-Facing Lead for invoice processing operations. This role is responsible for ensuring high invoice accuracy, managing customer escalations, and driving continuous process improvements across the Invoice360 platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer escalations; manage issues end-to-end until resolution
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues
• Conduct quality audits of invoices (itemization, pricing, taxes, vendor details) before dashboard publishing
• Ensure item accuracy (UPC, description, quantity, cost) and identify discrepancies
• Monitor processing queues, flag delays, and ensure SLA adherence
• Track and report QA metrics (accuracy, defects, rework trends)
• Maintain error logs and identify recurring issues for improvement
• Provide structured feedback to operations teams to reduce repeat errors
• Build strong customer relationships and support retention and growth
• Share customer insights, feature requests, and workflow gaps with Business Analyst

Required Skills:

• 25 years of experience in Invoice Processing / Audit / QA / Operations
• Strong understanding of Retail industry lifecycle
• Experience in customer handling and escalation management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Office360 skills (data analysis, validation, reporting)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Good to Have:

• Experience with OCR / Intelligent Document Processing (IDP)
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau
• Domain exposure to Retail, QSR, Grocery invoices
• Convincing communication skills.

Education:

Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, Business, or related field
