This is a full-time on-site role for an Audit Senior - EBP & IM, based in Hyderabad. The Audit Senior will lead and execute audit engagements related to Employee Benefit Plans (EBP) and Investment Management (IM). Responsibilities include effectively planning and managing fieldwork, performing detailed testing, identifying and communicating risk areas, preparing audit documentation, collaborating with teams, and meeting client deadlines with precision. The role requires direct client interaction and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of audit quality and compliance with regulations.

• Proficiency in audit practices, risk assessment, and understanding of Employee Benefit Plans (EBP) and Investment Management (IM) regulations
• Experience in financial analysis, report preparation, and documentation review
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and collaboration
• Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and mentor junior team members
• Proficiency in relevant tools such as audit software and MS Office Suite
• CPA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification is preferred
• Prior experience in auditing or financial services, especially in EBP or IM, is a plus
