Position: International Audit Associate (USA)

Joining: Immediate

CTC: 7 8 LPA, depending on attempts and Articleship experience

Location: Indore Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in Audit Engagements: Support audit teams in conducting audit assignments for clients, ensuring adherence to auditing standards and timelines.
• Client Interaction Support: Communicate with clients to gather necessary information, understand business operations, and address audit-related queries under guidance.
• Technical Learning & Application: Apply working knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and auditing standards to assist in preparing high-quality audit work.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior team members, learn audit processes, and contribute to the overall team efficiency.
• Audit Documentation: Prepare and maintain audit workpapers, financial statement schedules, and assist in review processes according to firm standards.
• Compliance Awareness: Support adherence to internal controls, firm policies, and regulatory compliance during audit procedures.

• Proficiency in preparing and analysing Financial Statements
• Strong Analytical Skills and a keen attention to detail
• Knowledge and practical experience in Auditing
• Experience in conducting Financial Audits and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
