- Visit the site and inspect the LG LED TV to identify the root cause of the issue.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and diagnose the fault.
- If any components require replacement, assess the issue onsite and provide a detailed update on the parts that need to be replaced.
- Share findings and supporting photographs after the inspection, if applicable.
