Job Title: Associate (Travel process)

Location: Thane Hiranandani Estate

Employment Type: Apprenticeship / Full-time

Shift: Rotational Shifts (including night shifts)

About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our Travel Operations team. The candidate will be responsible for handling travel-related processes while ensuring adherence to quality standards, productivity targets, and process compliance. The role requires flexibility to work in rotational and night shifts along with movement to the Thane office location as per business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow all process updates, work instruction manuals, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
• Achieve productivity, quality, and accuracy targets consistently on a month-on-month basis.
• Adhere to team goals, SLAs, and operational targets.
• Follow roster schedules, transport guidelines, and other team plans.
• Complete all mandatory trainings, assessments, and compliance checks within timelines.
• Participate in additional training and upskilling initiatives as required.
• Ensure compliance with approved procedures and work instructions.
• Handle travel-related queries and operations efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
• Demonstrate analytical thinking and problem-solving skills in day-to-day operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate fresher or IATA Certification preferred.
• Diploma in Travel & Tourism preferred.
• Prior experience in PRA or travel process operations is an added advantage.
