Job Title: Associate (Travel process)

Location: Thane Hiranandani Estate

Employment Type: Apprenticeship / Full-time

Shift: Rotational Shifts (including night shifts)

About the Role

We are hiring freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to work in rotational shifts for our Cargo and Travel process. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to start their careers in the aviation/travel industry through an apprenticeship or entry-level role.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries related to cargo shipments and travel bookings via calls, email, or chat
• Provide accurate information regarding schedules, fares, policies, and shipment tracking
• Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain proper documentation and records of interactions
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and SLAs

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply residing within boundary
• Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
• Immediate joiner & willingness to work in rotational shifts (24/7 environment)
