Job Description
Position: AVP eLearning Platform
Location: Navi Mumbai
Educational Qualification
BE / BTech / MCA / MSc (Computer Science)
Experience Required
Minimum 8 years of experience in software development and implementation
Prior experience working on an eLearning / LMS platform is preferred
Key Technical Skills
Hands-on experience with any of the following technologies:
.NET, Java, Hibernate, PL/SQL, AngularJS, Python, etc.
Good understanding of SaaS-based applications and API integrations
Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Understanding of application security (AppSec) and secure coding practices
Familiarity with application monitoring, backups, and recovery processes
Ability to create technical and process design documents
Excellent communication skills
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
Roles & Responsibilities
Own and manage the SaaS-based eLearning / Learning Management System (LMS)
Coordinate with vendors for configuration, upgrades, new features, and releases
Manage integrations between LMS and other systems such as SSO, HRMS, etc.
Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of the platform
