About the role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Corporate Access Associate to support and execute corporate access initiatives for institutional clients. The role involves coordinating investor interactions, organizing roadshows and conferences, managing relationships with corporates and internal stakeholders, and ensuring seamless execution of all engagement activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong coordination skills, relationship management capabilities, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Access Planning & Execution
- Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate access activities including one-on-one meetings, group meetings, non-deal roadshows (NDRs), conferences, site visits, analyst interactions, and investor calls.
- Work closely with the institutional sales and research teams to identify client requirements and organize relevant corporate access opportunities.
- Coordinate with listed companies, investor relations teams, and senior management of corporates to facilitate investor meetings and engagement programs.
- Ensure smooth scheduling and execution of meetings by aligning calendars of corporates, investors, analysts, and sales teams.
Event & Logistics Management
- Manage end-to-end logistics for roadshows, conferences, investor meets, and corporate events including venue coordination, travel arrangements, meeting schedules, invitations, and communication flow.
- Prepare detailed event itineraries, participant schedules, and meeting agendas to ensure smooth execution.
- Coordinate with internal support teams such as administration, travel desk, and technology teams for seamless event management.
- Ensure all events are delivered professionally while maintaining high service standards for clients and corporates.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as a key liaison between institutional sales, research analysts, corporates, and institutional investors to facilitate productive interactions.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with corporate management teams and investor relations representatives.
- Coordinate internally with sales and research teams to understand investor interests and match them with relevant corporates.
Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to support recurring engagement opportunities.
- Ensure timely and professional communication with institutional investors and corporates regarding schedules, updates, and feedback.
- Maintain high service quality standards to enhance client satisfaction and strengthen corporate relationships.
Feedback Tracking & Reporting
- Track feedback from investors, corporates, and internal teams after meetings, roadshows, and events.
- Prepare post-event reports including participation details, investor feedback, and key observations for internal review.
- Monitor the effectiveness of corporate access initiatives and suggest improvements for future engagements.
Database Management & Communication
- Maintain and regularly update databases of corporates, investors, meetings, and event records.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of contact information, meeting history, and engagement details.
- Support regular communication flow with clients and corporates through timely updates, invitations, reminders, and follow-ups.
- Generate MIS reports and maintain records related to meetings, events, and client interactions.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve coordination processes, event workflows, and client communication mechanisms.
- Assist in streamlining internal systems for better tracking and execution of corporate access activities.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, compliance requirements, and operational standards during all engagements.
Key Requirements
Experience
- 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in Corporate Access, Institutional Equities, Investor Relations Coordination, or Event Coordination, preferably in a financial services environment.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong coordination and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events and meetings simultaneously.
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with senior management and institutional clients.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and database management tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle last-minute changes effectively.

- Understanding of capital markets, institutional equities, and corporate access processes.
- Prior experience coordinating investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences.
