About the role

As part of the Strategy & Operations team at boAt, you will work on high-impact business initiatives at the core of the company. This role involves driving strategic projects, optimizing operational processes, and enabling execution across functions. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership and founders, contributing to both long-term strategy and day-to-day business priorities in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

What youll do

• Drive end-to-end execution of key strategic and operational initiatives across business functions
• Translate ambiguous business problems into structured plans, defining clear KPIs and execution roadmaps
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to deliver business outcomes
• Support enterprise and B2B initiatives through pricing, structuring, and operational enablement
• Analyze business performance metrics and build dashboards to drive data-backed decision-making
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable processes to improve speed, cost, and efficiency
• Lead and manage projects from inception to execution, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
• Conduct market and competitive research to inform strategic decisions and new initiatives
• Support founders and leadership on high-priority, ad-hoc strategic projects including new market expansion and process automation

What were looking for

• 24 years of experience in startups or consulting firms
• Strong exposure to business operations, strategy, or project management
• Preference for candidates with a CA background
• Someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, and drives execution
