Associate/ Sr. Associate - Program Delivery

Key Responsibilities

Program Delivery & Execution

• Lead the end-to-end execution of innovation and accelerator programs, ensuring delivery against timelines, milestones, KPIs, and client expectations.
• Drive program planning, governance, risk management, and operational excellence across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Monitor program performance and implement corrective actions to ensure successful outcomes.

Corporate & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for corporate partners, startups, mentors, investors, and ecosystem stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with clients and ensure a high-quality stakeholder experience throughout the program lifecycle.
• Facilitate regular reviews, governance meetings, and progress updates with internal and external stakeholders.

Startup Engagement & Ecosystem Development

• Manage startup sourcing, onboarding, engagement, and progress tracking throughout accelerator programs.
• Coordinate mentor interactions, workshops, demo days, and innovation showcases.
• Enable meaningful collaborations between startups and corporate partners to drive business impact.

Program Operations & Reporting

• Develop and maintain program dashboards, trackers, reports, and executive presentations.
• Create structured documentation, case studies, impact reports, and client updates.
• Ensure adherence to internal processes, reporting standards, and program governance frameworks.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Partnerships, Marketing, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Leadership teams to ensure seamless program execution.
• Proactively identify risks, resolve escalations, and drive continuous process improvements.
• Support strategic initiatives that strengthen the innovation ecosystem and enhance program effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Management, or a related discipline.
• 26 years of experience in Program Management, Innovation, Consulting, Accelerators, Incubators, Startup Ecosystems, or Ecosystem Development organizations.
• Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders and delivering complex programs in dynamic environments.
• Exposure to startups, innovation initiatives, corporate partnerships, or entrepreneurship ecosystems is highly preferred.
