About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Associate SEO to join our growth team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in all aspects of SEO, an analytical mindset, and a proven track record of executing strategies that drive traffic, improve rankings, and increase conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to meet traffic and ranking goals.
- Optimise website content for keywords, schema markup, and AI-driven search trends (SGE, GEO).
- Perform technical audits and recommend improvements using tools like Screaming Frog and GA4.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and backlink audits to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor ranking performance, traffic trends, and conversion metrics, and prepare actionable reports.
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices across all platforms.
- Stay updated with latest search trends, algorithm updates, and innovations in AI-powered search.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog or similar tools.
- Understanding of SGE and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) trends in AI-driven search.
- Ability to analyse data and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Excellent execution and time management skills for daily SEO tasks.
- Positive track record of performance in previous SEO roles.
