Your Area of work:

As a member of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team, your role will center on supporting the development and ongoing maintenance of ForgeRock/Ping AM solution. You will be responsible for upgrading, development of new business cases, regular maintenance, onboarding applications to the AM platform, resolving app-related issues, and ensuring seamless integration across systems. This position plays a key role in strengthening Access Management by ensuring access is secure, efficient, and policy compliant.

Your Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement end-to-end Web Access Management solution using ForgeRock/PingAM.
• Deliver sprint tasks as per Authentication Management teams strategic plan.
• Develop custom authentication modules, scripts (using Java, Groovy, JavaScript) to extend ForgeRock/Ping AM functionalities to meet specific business requirements.
• Integrate applications for Single Sign-On (SSO) using standard federation protocols such as SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
• Configure and manage ForgeRock components including PingAM, PingDS and related components to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for IAM configurations, custom code, and operational procedures.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal security standards through effective access policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to the project.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to incorporate IAM/PAM solutions into existing infrastructure.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor/Masters degree in Information technology, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in IAM/PAM domain.
• Strong, hands-on development experience with the ForgeRock Identity Platform, especially ForgeRock/PingAM.
• Proficiency in Java for custom development as well as in SQL for data analysis and querying.
• Hands-on experience with scripting languages like Groovy, JavaScript, PowerShell mandatory.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS, RESTful APIs and experience integrating IAM solutions with various applications and systems.
• Solid understanding of and experience with identity protocols such as SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and LDAP.
• Experience with IAM in both/either Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure.
• Proactive thinking and self-paced work on solutions is desired.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Fluent in English.
• Good to have: CISSP, CISM, GCP/Azure certifications or IAM/PAM tool specific certifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
