Satram Dass B & Co., New Delhi, is looking to hire an Associate Advocate for its litigation practice.

The role is suited for a law graduate with approximately 23 years of post-qualification experience and prior exposure to litigation, legal research, and drafting work before the Supreme Court, High Courts, tribunals, or other judicial forums.

The candidate should possess:

Good legal research and drafting skills

Ability to assist in preparation of petitions, applications, written submissions, and legal opinions

Serious interest in litigation and court practice

Good communication and analytical abilities

Ability to work in a professional and deadline-oriented environment

Prior exposure to commercial litigation, constitutional matters, arbitration, insolvency, or regulatory litigation will be an advantage.
