Role Description

This is a Senior Associate and 2 Associate position (Litigation team) based in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and vet legal documents including contracts, pleadings, and notices

Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs

Represent clients before courts, tribunals, and other forums (as required)

Assist in litigation strategy and case management

Liaise with clients, counsel, and court officials

Support senior advocates in hearings and client advisory work

Ensure timely filing and compliance with procedural requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong legal research and analytical skills

Expertise in drafting

PQE - 3 to 5 years

Exceptional communication and client management skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team

Bachelors degree in law (LLB) and professional certification to practice law in India

Reading and writing Kannada is an added advantage

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Skills

Exposure to civil, commercial, or corporate matters

Familiarity with ADR mechanisms (mediation/arbitration)

Strong organizational and time-management abilities
