Requirements

4-5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Coordination, Project Management or related roles.

Strong experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and business process analysis.

Ability to independently manage assigned projects or modules with a high level of ownership and accountability.

Good understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and software development processes.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Good understanding of technology concepts and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams.

Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Exposure to AI tools and a keen interest in leveraging technology to improve productivity and delivery outcomes.

Research-oriented mindset with a habit of exploring new AI tools, automation solutions, and industry trends.

Ability to identify and recommend tools that can help accelerate coding, improve documentation, streamline testing, automate repetitive tasks, and reduce delivery turnaround time.

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively.
