Associate Program Manager

What youll do :

Analyze business, operational, and customer data to identify growth opportunities and improve business Manage and execute logistics and operational programs to improve efficiency, cost, and service levels.

Analyze operational data and generate actionable insights for business stakeholders.

Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and automated reports using SQL, Python, and Google Sheets.

Monitor key operational KPIs such as fulfillment, turnaround time, utilization, delivery performance, and productivity.

Coordinate with cross functional teams including operations, supply, finance, and technology teams for seamless program execution.

Identify process gaps and implement scalable solutions for operational improvement.

Support capacity planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across logistics functions.

Drive data backed decision making through structured reporting and analysis.

Ensure timely execution of projects and operational initiatives.

What youll bring :

• 3+ years of experience in Program Management, Operations, Logistics, or Supply Chain domain.
• Strong working knowledge of: Python SQL Google Sheets / Advanced Excel
• Experience working with logistics, supply chain, fulfillment, or operations teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in dashboarding, reporting automation, and data-driven operations management.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment.
