Associate Program Manager Digital Campaigns
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Associate Program Manager Digital Campaigns to support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, email, and other digital channels.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, marketing teams, agencies, and vendors to ensure timely campaign launches.
- Track campaign performance, analyze metrics, and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
- Monitor campaign budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure campaign data accuracy, tracking implementation, and reporting consistency.
- Support audience targeting, campaign optimization, and lead generation initiatives.
- Collaborate with content, creative, and analytics teams for campaign planning and execution.
- Identify process improvements to enhance campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain campaign documentation, trackers, and status updates for leadership reviews.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 25 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or program coordination.
- Good understanding of digital marketing platforms and campaign metrics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, or CRM platforms.
- Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and performance marketing.
- Certification in Digital Marketing is an added advantage.
