Feemonk is an EduFintech company based in Hyderabad, working with Schools, Colleges, and Upskilling Institutes to offer flexible monthly installment plans for their customers. Our mission is to make education financing more accessible while improving business outcomes for institutions.

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Associate Product Manager to drive innovation, enhance user experience, and lead product development initiatives.

Role Description

Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives

Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch

Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback collection

Prioritize product features and improvements based on data-driven insights

Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of product features

Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success

Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies

Qualifications

Strong affinity for vibe coding with Claude

• Bachelors degree in BBA, B. Tech or MBA

0-1 year of experience in Product Management or a related field

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development frameworks

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills

Strong communication and leadership abilities

Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
