Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate based in Ernakulam. The Associate will handle a variety of responsibilities, including legal research, drafting legal documents and contracts, reviewing agreements, and providing legal opinions to clients. Additionally, the role includes strategic involvement in corporate transactions, dispute resolution processes. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are critical for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in legal research, drafting, and analyzing contracts and agreements
• Understanding of corporate law, financial restructuring, and dispute resolution
• Knowledge of FinTech, Alternative Investment Funds, and foreign exchange regulations is an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a transaction-based workload and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in handling intellectual property, employment, and commercial transactions
• Law degree from a recognized university and enrollment with the Bar Council
• A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant work experience is preferred
