Associate Partner-Finanacial Reporting-KPMG Global Services

This role is in the Advisory business at KPMG Global Services.

We are seeking an experienced Associate Partner to lead and scale a 300+ FTE Finance Reporting team. The role demands deep expertise in Finance Regulatory, Management Reporting and Finance Data Management for global banks, strong executive presence, and the ability to drive operational excellence, transformation, and client relationship management at the CSuite level.

Experience required:

• Extensive experience leading Risk & Regulatory Reporting (e.g., Basel III, COREP, FINREP, FR Y9C, Call Reports) and Management Reporting functions for global banks.
• Demonstrated experience managing these processes in an As-a-Service, managed services, or thirdparty operations model, must have led large teams of 200+
• Proven experience in transitioning Finance processes from a client environment to a thirdparty vendor
• Experience implementing process standardization, automation, and AI/advanced analytics use cases to improve efficiency and accuracy across Finance reporting processes.
• Strong executive presence with experience engaging and influencing senior leaders, both with clients and internally, including Business Heads, CFO organization, and CSuite stakeholders.
• Qualified CA/CPA/MBA

Responsibilities:

• Lead and scale the Finance Reporting team and manage it as a service model
• Manage operations oversight, governance management, quality, risk and compliance responsibilities and escalation resolution
• Lead and oversee a 300+ FTE Finance operations team delivering Regulatory and Management Reporting services to a global banking client.
• Ensure operational excellence through strong process controls, timely delivery, and errorfree execution.
• Drive daytoday operations, SLA adherence, and effective escalation management.
• Effective financial management of all aspects of delivery to deliver services within expected cost framework and spend
• Serve as the senior-most operational leader responsible for the client relationship.
• Engage regularly with global Finance leadership, Business Heads, and CSuite stakeholders to drive performance, governance, and strategic priorities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the client on finance transformation and operating model enhancements.
• Lead endtoend transitions of Finance processes, including discovery, knowledge transfer, stabilization, and steady state.
• Participate in client pitches, solution development, and joint gotomarket initiatives to help KPMG expand in the Finance Operations As-a-Service space
