The Opportunity

This is not a lateral move.This is a structured pathway to partnership under our Associate Partner DevelopmentProgramme(APDP). The right candidate will carry their own brief, be mentored by seniorlitigationpartners, and be given clear milestones towards elevation to Associate Partner within an agreed timeline.

Positions are available at our New Delhi offices and our Bengaluruoffice. Bengaluru candidates with NHAI, infrastructure, or commerciallitigationexperience are particularly welcome.

What You Will Do

Independently manage and argue matters before the Supreme Court, High Courts, and tribunals with partner supervision on strategy.

Handle commerciallitigation, arbitration proceedings, writ petitions, and enforcement matters.

Lead case preparation, draft pleadings, written submissions, and legal opinions.

Supervise junior associates and coordinate with solicitor teams in multi-party matters.

Contribute to practice development client advisories, legal updates, and speaking engagements.

Work towards building your own client relationships under the APDP framework.

What We Are Looking For

Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience inLitigation, Arbitration, or Dispute Resolution.

Currently at Senior Associate or Principal Associate level at a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Indian law firm.

At least 3 years at Senior or Principal Associate level you havea track recordof leading matters, not just supporting them.

Active practice before High Courts or the Supreme Court, with strong oral advocacy skills.

Experience in infrastructure, NHAI, commercial, or employment disputes isadvantageousfor the Bengaluru position.

Located in or willing torelocateto Delhi NCR or Bengaluru.
