The Opportunity

This is not a lateral move.This is a structured pathway to partnership under our Associate Partner DevelopmentProgramme(APDP). The right candidate will be embedded in a live practice, mentored directly by senior partners, and given clear milestones towards elevation to Associate Partner within an agreed timeline.

Positions are available at our New Delhi offices (Green Park and Qutub Institutional Area) and our Bengaluru office.

What You Will Do

Lead and manage Corporate & M&A transactions independently, with partner oversight on strategy and client management.

Advise clients on India entry, joint ventures, private equity investments, and general corporate matters.

Supervise and develop junior associates and interns within the practice.

Contribute to business development client pitches, seminars, and articles with firm support.

Work towards building andretainingyour own client relationships under the APDP framework.

What We Are Looking For

Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in Corporate & M&A, Private Equity, or General Corporate advisory.

Currently at Senior Associate or Principal Associate level at a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Indian law firm.

At least 3 years at Senior or Principal Associate level you have already grown beyond junior execution.

Strong transactional drafting skills and experience managing deal teams.

Experience advising on FEMA, Companies Act, and cross-border transactions isadvantageous.

Located in or willing torelocateto Delhi NCR or Bengaluru.
