Responsibilities:
Accountable to provide overall leadership and supervision to RTR teams regarding Finance management, and financial reporting for India Team
Accountable to Design and implement best practices and processes with effective control & monitoring of finances to ensure compliance and data integrity
Accountable to optimize the end-to-end service and employee cost within the team.
Add value through positive impact on P&L and balance sheets at UPL level.
Accountable for the design & implementation of standard global processes, polices and controls to ensure process performance meets or exceeds SLAs
To work closely with support functions including Payroll, Accounting and finance, Tax, and Treasury
Accountable to work hand in hand with Finance Operations vertical and help in determining financial outcome by collecting operational Data / Reports, whilst conducting Analysis and Reconciling transactions
Accountable for the team to perform monthly closing activities including month end accruals
Drive innovation and automation of the existing process to bring efficiency in the end-to-end process.
Accountable to Identify and implement improvements in processes, systems and make recommendations to improve the efficiency and service levels of the team.
Accountable for grooming the team members as per their aspirations and enabling them with tools and trainings to perform the role better.
Develop robust talent of team members, Regular Training to team members, Internal role transfer readiness framework and creating backup for critical roles.
Requirements:
12+ years experience in managing RTR India team with a minimum of 4 years in a manufacturing industry (steel, energy, cement, chemical, pharma etc)
Strong understanding of leading Finance practices and related ERP (SAP)
Strong understanding of Tax, GST and Statutory financial and accounting transactions, experience in SAP & Advance Excel & respective Accounting Standard (GAAP) Knowledge is essential.
