Job Overview

We are looking for a tech-savvy and analytical professional to join our team as an Associate MIS & IT Executive. This role plays a key part in strengthening our data systems, reporting accuracy, and business intelligence, while also supporting digital outreach and lead intelligence initiatives.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with large datasets, dashboards, automation tools, and digital platforms, and should be able to turn raw data into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

MIS & Data Analytics

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Management Information Systems (MIS) for various business functions
• Design and generate automated reports, dashboards, and performance trackers
• Analyze structured and unstructured data to provide business insights and trend analysis
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency through validation and data cleansing processes
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and improve data workflows
• Support management with data-driven decision-making tools

Systems, Tools & Automation

• Manage and optimize CRM data, databases, and reporting systems
• Work with Google Sheets (advanced formulas, lookups, pivot tables, dashboards)
• Use Google Forms, and Google Sites for reporting and internal tools
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive reporting and data processes

Digital & Market Intelligence Support

• Assist in maintaining and tracking digital engagement data across platforms
• Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, and other data platforms for lead research and data enrichment
• Conduct market research and competitor tracking using digital sources
• Support business teams with lead data analysis and segmentation

Collaboration & Support

• Provide basic training and support to team members on MIS tools and reporting systems
• Prepare structured data reports for sales, operations, and management reviews
• Ensure proper documentation of data processes and reporting formats

Skills & Competencies Required

• Strong understanding of core programming concepts (logic building, data handling, automation basics).
• Working knowledge of Java and C++ (basic to intermediate level).
• Understanding of data structures, conditional logic, loops, and functions.
• Ability to integrate programming logic with MIS reporting and data workflows.
• Familiarity with databases and structured data concepts (tables, records, queries basic level).
• Interest in learning and implementing new tools, scripts, or automation solutions to improve reporting efficiency.

Qualifications

• Graduation/ Post graduation in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Commerce, or a related field
• 13 years of experience in MIS, Data Analysis, or Business Reporting roles
• Experience in financial services, sales operations, or business intelligence is an advantage
