About the Company
Vastramay is one of Indias leading ethnic wear brands with a strong presence across major ecommerce marketplaces including Myntra, Nykaa, and FirstCry. With 100+ Cr in annual revenue and a rapidly growing digital footprint, the brand is now expanding aggressively into global marketplaces such as Amazon USA, Noon, and other cross-border commerce platforms.
We are looking for a driven marketplace professional who can support and scale our presence across domestic and international ecommerce platforms.
Role Overview
TheAssociate Global & Emerging Marketplaceswill be responsible for managing and growing select ecommerce marketplaces across India and international markets. The role involves end-to-end marketplace ownership including catalog management, platform operations, sales performance tracking, and supporting expansion into new global marketplaces.
This role requires strong operational discipline, analytical thinking, and hands-on experience with ecommerce marketplace ecosystems.

- Cross-Border Commerce (Global marketplaces)
Expansion Platforms
- Amazon UAE

- Other international marketplaces as the brand expands
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketplace Ownership & Growth
- Own the performance of assigned marketplaces end-to-end
- Monitor daily sales performance and platform metrics
- Identify growth opportunities across assortment, pricing, and visibility
- Support platform growth strategies and execution
2. Global Marketplace Expansion
Support the brands entry and expansion into international marketplaces.
Responsibilities include:
- Understanding platform requirements and onboarding processes
- Preparing product catalogs for international launches
- Managing listing creation and platform compliance
- Coordinating documentation and operational setup for cross-border selling
3. Catalog & Listing Management
- Create and optimize product listings across marketplaces
- Manage catalog structure, variations, and attributes
- Ensure high-quality product content, images, and descriptions
- Maintain strong catalog health and listing accuracy
4. Marketplace Operations
- Manage day-to-day marketplace backend operations
- Monitor order flows and platform notifications
- Resolve listing issues, suppression, or operational escalations
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
5. Inventory & Stock Coordination
- Work closely with inventory and supply chain teams
- Monitor stock availability across marketplaces
- Ensure accurate inventory allocation per platform
- Prepare inventory readiness for sale events and campaigns
6. Sales Performance & Reporting
- Track SKU-level performance and platform sales trends
- Identify high-performing and underperforming products
- Share actionable insights to improve assortment and sales
- Support periodic sales reporting and analysis

- Strong understanding of ecommerce catalog management
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple marketplaces simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong execution skills
- Interest in global ecommerce and cross-border expansion
Experience Required
25 years of experiencein ecommerce marketplace management.
