Role Overview

Looking for someone who can independently own & manage marketing execution in a small, fast-moving setup.

As an Associate Marketing Manager, you will own end-to-end marketing execution across content, campaigns, & digital channels. This role requires strong ownership working closely with the sales & leadership team to translate business priorities into structured marketing initiatives & drive them to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Drive lead generation & awareness-building initiatives through structured campaigns

Plan, manage & execute the marketing calendar in alignment with sales & leadership priorities

Convert raw inputs into clear, market-ready content across LinkedIn, emailers, & website

Work with the design team to execute campaigns (carousels, videos, publications)

Manage & grow digital channels (LinkedIn, website, email platforms like Freshmarketer)

Execute SEO initiatives keyword planning, on-page optimization, & website visibility

Own marketing analytics track performance, build dashboards, & drive continuous improvement

Set up automation workflows & leverage AI tools to improve efficiency across campaigns, content, & reporting

Take ownership of projects & ensure timely, high-quality delivery

What Were Looking For

24 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, and/or content roles

Strong ability to convert raw inputs into clear, structured, market-ready content

High ownership mindset able to manage work independently without constant direction

Execution-focused able to manage multiple workstreams & deliver consistently

Good understanding of digital channels (LinkedIn, email marketing, SEO, website management)

Comfort working with tools like Canva, FreshMarketer, Google Analytics, Search Console, Excel,

PowerPoint

Detail-oriented, with a willingness to learn & take ownership

Good to Have: Experience working in B2B or professional services marketing
