Role Requirement

Product Advisory (FSSAI):

Provide legal guidance on product claims, labelling, advertisements, and packaging in line with FSS Act & regulations.

Contracting & Commercial Support:

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements including supply chain, procurement, vendor, customer, distributor, institutional sales.

Channel & Distribution Legal Management:

Support legal aspects of online and offline channels, including modern trade, e-commerce and institutional sales.

Compliance & Governance:

Ensure adherence to applicable laws, internal policies, and regulatory frameworks; drive compliance programs and audits across functions.

Intellectual Property (IP):

IP Portfolio management working with the law firm engaged by founders for India and international jurisdictions.

Labour & Employment Laws:

Advise on employment matters, disciplinary actions, and statutory compliance under labour laws.

Litigation & Dispute Management:

Handle pre-litigation including and drafting legal notices.
