Associate Interior Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Associate Interior Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical drawing, 3D visualization, and presentation skills with hands-on experience in residential and commercial interior projects. The role involves developing innovative design concepts, preparing technical drawings, creating realistic renders, and supporting project execution from concept to completion.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality 2D drawings, layout plans, working drawings, and presentation drawings for residential and commercial interior projects.
• Create realistic 3D models and photorealistic renders using D5 Render, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and other visualization software.
• Coordinate with the design team to convert conceptual ideas into technical drawings and visual presentations.
• Prepare mood boards, material palettes, and presentation decks for client meetings and approvals.
• Assist in space planning, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, electrical layouts, and interior detailing.
• Produce walkthroughs, animations, and presentation visuals for client approvals and project showcases.
• Coordinate with vendors, site teams, and project managers for smooth design execution.
• Revise drawings and renders based on client feedback and project requirements.
• Maintain organized project documentation, drawing standards, and design files.
• Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, finishes, and visualization techniques.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Certification or specialized training in 3D visualization software will be preferred.
• Additional expertise in D5 Render, SketchUp, AutoCAD, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar tools will be an added advantage.

Experience Required:

• 25 years of experience in interior design and 3D visualization.
• Experience in handling residential, retail, hospitality, or commercial interior projects will be preferred.
• Freshers with exceptional software proficiency and visualization skills may also be considered for junior-level opportunities.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, D5 Render, and other rendering/visualization software.
• Excellent understanding of interior detailing, space planning, and material selection.
• Ability to prepare technical drawings and presentation-ready visualizations.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Strong creativity with attention to detail.
• Ability to work within deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong coordination skills.
