Responsibilities

• Lead RFP services growth efforts
• Tech innovation and implementation
• Manage multiple strategic RFP and FMS engagements
• Lead large RFP center of excellence teams
• Process and project management
• Client relationship building, ensure key KPI and governance
• Build RFP talent pool and upskilling initiatives

Qualifications- MBA in Finance

Required Skills- In order to succeed in this role, you must have a sound understanding of Asset management and Private markets marketing, clients services and distribution functions. You should have extensive exposure on leading large RFP teams, manage critical transitions, effective client relationship management & governance, working with sales on business growth, tech innovation & adoption, and a strategic leader who can bring fresh prospective & ideas to drive consistent growth and success.
