Role summary

• Manage and supervise using ServiceNow, identification of assets and  their RTO RPO Recovery Time Objective Recovery Point Objective Tiering model
• Lead the identification and classification of Most Valuable Infrastructure MVI the assets whose failure would carry the highest financial operational or reputational consequence for the Group
• Ensure communication
• Lead bIweekly committees with the ITowners the technical domains belonging to ITH Indian Tech Hub as well as with the other zones Europe America Asia and with the business domains Operations Finance Retail Research Innovation Corporate
• Report to senior leadership on resilience posture DR Preview outcomes test results and infrastructure risk evolution
• Manage DR tests
• Participate to the DR activities with your counterparts
• Runendtoend DRP design and life cycle ownershipfrom Business Impact Analysis through recovery design testing postactivation review and continuous improvement
• Lead structured engagements with Technical Domain Leads to design and execute DR exercises across all MVI components including
• CloudNetworksStorageand Compute
• Databases and Appliances
• Security tools Backup systemsand Devices
• For Each DR tests Fill in the following documentations
• DRTSDisaster Recover Test Sheets
• DRTRDisaster Recover Test Report
