Job Title: Associate Customer Relationship Manager
Superset is Indias largest University Recruitment Platform - a placement automation tool for universities and a digital campus hiring platform for employers. Our team is dedicated towards leveraging the technology to solve all the challenges and problems you could think of during a typical placement season.
The Associate Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for supporting clients in effectively using the Superset platform, resolving queries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Respond to customer queries via email and phone.
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions using the platform.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and reported issues.
- Contribute to internal documentation, including FAQs and knowledge base articles.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support or a related role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyse and resolve customer queries effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a SaaS or technical support environment is preferred.
