Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Associate Creative Director role based in Bengaluru. The Associate Creative Director will develop and oversee creative strategies, manage branding initiatives, and lead a team of designers and creatives. Daily responsibilities include guiding art direction, conceptualizing and executing campaigns, and ensuring alignment with the companys branding vision. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and impactful designs that resonate with the target audience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy to lead and manage creative projects effectively preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong skills in Branding and experience crafting compelling brand narratives.
• Expertise in Art Direction and Graphic Design to deliver visually engaging and innovative content.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• A bachelors degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in real estate or a similar industry is a plus.
