About the Role:

BrightRays is looking for a versatile Associate Content Writer to join our Content team. This role is ideal for a strategic storyteller who balances an uncompromising eye for editorial detail with a forward-thinking approach to AI-augmented content creation.

Position Details:

• Role: Associate Content Writer
• Location: Sector 16/ Sector 4 (Depending on the team), Noida, Uttar Pradesh
• Salary Range: 3-4.5LPA (negotiable)
• Work Model: Onsite. Monday-Friday [9:00AM-5:00PM]

Job Description:

• Curate long-form blogs and generate images using AI tools across various niches
• Optimize content for SEO, readability, and brand tone, and assist with content creation, including blogs, articles, and other written materials.
• Proofread, edit, and ensure consistency in style, tone, and format
• Collaborate with the Content Manager for approvals and feedback.
• Transform drafts into engaging, audience-focused narratives that elevate the brands communication.
• Guide junior team members on content structuring and AI tools.
• Edit and refine content for clarity, grammar, tone, and style across blogs, websites, emails, and social media platforms.

Were Looking For:

• 13 years of professional experience in content writing, copy editing, or digital publishing, with a portfolio showcasing long-form and versatile niche writing.
• Flawless command of grammar, punctuation, and structural flow.
• Experience using AI tools for both content curation and image generation.
• Hands-on experience with content optimization tools along with familiarity with SEO research tools (e.g., Ahrefs, Semrush) and Content Management Systems (CMS).
• The ability to mentor junior creators by establishing clear content structures and "best practice" workflows for AI integration.
• Ability to quickly understand new concepts, programs, and brand directions.
