BN Architects, an established architecture and design practice based in Perinthalmanna, is expanding operations to Calicut and is looking for an Associate Architect to join our team immediately.

We are seeking a highly motivated architect with 23 years of professional experience who is capable of handling projects independently and is interested in taking up a larger role in the growth and development of our new Calicut office.

Key Responsibilities:
Architectural design development and presentation
Client meetings and coordination
Site visits and project execution coordination
Preparation and review of working drawings
Coordination with consultants, contractors, and vendors
Managing project timelines and team coordination
Supporting the establishment and growth of the Calicut office

Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Architecture
Minimum 23 years of experience in architectural practice
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, Photoshop, and other relevant software
Strong design, detailing, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
Good communication and professional attitude
Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Calicut preferred
