Associate Analyst

The ideal candidate will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into scalable and high-performance solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

Key responsibilities include customizing ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, server-side scripting, UI Policies, and Client Scripts, as well as developing and maintaining workflows, business rules, catalog forms, and system integrations.

The role also involves designing, developing, and enhancing Service Catalog items and flows, ensuring seamless automation and user experience.

Additionally, the developer will conduct thorough system and integration testing with both sample and live data to ensure solution reliability and performance.

Candidates should have hands-on experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and core modules such as ITSM and CMDB. A strong understanding of the ITIL framework is essential to ensure alignment with industry best practices. Proficiency in JavaScript, server-side scripting, and REST/SOAP APIs is required.
