Assistant Store Manager

Hiring: Assistant Store Manager (ASM) Flosse (Ladies Ethnic Wear Brand)

We are looking to hire a highly experienced Assistant Store Manager (ASM) for Flosse, a leading ladies ethnic wear brand. Based at our head office in Noida Sector 63, the ASM will be responsible for overseeing operations across stores in North India. The role requires frequent travel to these locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular visits to North India stores to ensure operational excellence

Set and monitor sales targets for each location

Analyze store performance and implement strategies to boost sales

Ensure brand standards and visual merchandising are consistent

Train and mentor store teams on sales and customer service

Oversee stock management and ensure proper inventory control

Provide regular reports on store performance to the head office

Support new store openings and franchise operations

Requirements:

Minimum 810 years of experience in retail, preferably in fashion or ethnic wear

Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills

Willingness to travel frequently within North India

Based out of Noida Sector 63 office

Ability to work with performance targets and operational KPIs

Salary:

Customized based on experience (Basic range: 30,000 to 50,000)
