Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the insurance sales team
• Achieve sales targets and business growth goals
• Recruit, train, and motivate sales advisors
• Build strong customer and partner relationships
• Monitor team performance and prepare sales reports
• Develop sales strategies and ensure customer satisfaction

Candidate Profile:

• A bachelor's degree in any industry.
• 1+ years of sales & marketing experience
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Possession of a bike and a valid driving license is required.
