Role Overview Responsible for the full sales lifecyclefrom outreach to final negotiations. You will identify high-potential prospects and ensure sales targets are met through proactive engagement and strategic closing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Outreach: Conduct daily outbound calling to qualify new business opportunities.
  • Prospecting: Build a pipeline by presenting tailored solutions to client needs.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate on-site visits and physical viewings.
  • Closing: Lead negotiations to convert prospects into finalized deals.

  • Outbound call volume and conversion rates.
  • Successful site visit volume.
  • Monthly and quarterly deal closure rates.
