Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Sales Manager to join our team in Bengaluru, India. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will play a critical part in advancing our sales performance. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining client relationships, identifying potential leads, managing the sales process from initiation to closure, conducting market analysis, and meeting sales targets. You will also collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Proven skills in client relationship management and customer engagement
Sales expertise, experience with lead generation, and the ability to meet or exceed KPIs
Proficiency in market research and the ability to analyze market trends effectively
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales tools
Knowledge of the real estate market is preferred but not mandatory
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Willingness to work on-site and travel within Bengaluru, as required
