Location: Thane

Experience: 5+ Years (Including 2+ Years as AM Quality)

Shift Timing: 6:00 PM3:00 AM & 7:00 PM4:00 AM IST (US Shift)

Industry: US Third-Party Collections

Employment Type: Full Time

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager Quality to lead and oversee quality assurance for US third-party collection processes. The role involves ensuring compliance, maintaining quality standards, driving process improvements, and managing internal & client-facing communication.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance

Implement & maintain QA protocols

Conduct audits and evaluations

Monitor KPIs & prepare performance reports

Process Improvement

Identify gaps and optimize processes

Collaborate across teams to enhance efficiency

Compliance Management

Ensure adherence to FDCPA, TCPA & client regulations

Stay updated with US collections compliance standards

Team Leadership

Lead, mentor & train the QA team

Conduct refresher sessions & performance discussions

Client & Vendor Coordination

Maintain strong relationships

Address and resolve quality-related issues

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Quality (Collections)

Minimum 2+ years as Assistant Manager Quality

Strong knowledge of FDCPA, TCPA & US compliance laws

Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills

Preferred Skills

Experience working with US clients

Strong data analysis & reporting proficiency
