Assistant Psychologist as Learning Support Assistant

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Psychologist acting as a Learning Support Assistant. The position is based in Kochi and involves providing direct support to neurodiverse children in educational settings. Key responsibilities include assisting children with their learning and behavioral goals, safeguarding their well-being, and fostering an inclusive classroom environment. The role also includes working closely with teachers and parents to develop and implement personalized support plans, while providing emotional and social guidance to the children.

• Skills in Assistant Teaching to support childrens learning processes.
• Knowledge and experience in Safeguarding and Safeguarding Children to ensure their safety and well-being.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities to engage with children, educators, and families.
• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting neurodiverse needs.
• A degree or certification in psychology, special education, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant experience in assisting or teaching children with special needs is an added advantage.
