Assistant Professor

Job Description: We are seeking dynamic and dedicated Life Skills Trainers to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct life skills training boot camps for university students. The ideal candidate will have a passion for personal development, experience in training or education, and the ability to engage and inspire young adults.

Key Responsibilities

• :Design and implement comprehensive life skills training boot camps tailored to the needs of university students. Topics may include communication, time management, emotional intelligence, and leadership
• .Use interactive and engaging teaching methods to captivate and inspire students, ensuring they remain motivated and invested in their personal development
• .Monitor and assess student progress throughout the training program, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their personal and professional goals
• .Develop and maintain high-quality training materials, including workbooks, presentations, and handouts, to support the training programs
• .Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in life skills training and personal development. Continuously improve the training programs based on feedback and research
• .Provide one-on-one mentorship and support to students as needed, helping them navigate personal challenges and develop critical life skills

.Qualifications

• :Bachelors in Education, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. A masters degree/ ISTD certification is preferred
• .Proven experience in training, teaching, or coaching, particularly with young adults or university students
• .Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with and motivate students. Strong organizational and time management skills
