Role Description The Assistant Professor MBA (on-site, Amravati) is a full-time academic role responsible for teaching MBA courses, delivering lectures, and guiding classroom discussions across core and elective management subjects. The role involves designing lesson plans, preparing course materials, evaluating assignments and examinations, and providing constructive feedback to students. The Assistant Professor will engage in academic research, publish scholarly work, and participate in curriculum development to ensure alignment with industry trends and accreditation standards. Daily responsibilities include mentoring students on projects and internships, supporting co-curricular activities, and contributing to departmental and institutional committees. The role also requires active collaboration with colleagues, participation in faculty development programs, and maintaining high standards of professional ethics and academic integrity.

Qualifications

• Relevant academic background, typically an MBA or Masters degree in Management; PhD or enrollment in a doctoral program in Management or related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in one or more management domains such as Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Operations, Business Analytics, or Strategy.
• Prior teaching or training experience at the postgraduate level, with the ability to facilitate interactive learning and manage diverse classrooms.
• Strong research orientation, including interest in publishing in peer-reviewed journals, presenting at conferences, and contributing to academic projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor students and collaborate effectively with faculty and industry partners.
• Proficiency in using digital tools for teaching, learning management systems, and basic data analysis or business software relevant to management education.
• Ability to design and update course content to reflect contemporary business practices, case studies, and real-world applications.
• Commitment to ethical practices, student-centric pedagogy, continuous professional development, and participation in institutional activities.
