Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Assistant Professor / Institutional Instructor to deliver high-quality training in foundational programming languages, particularly C and Python. In this role, you will be deployed at our partner university to bridge the gap between theoretical learning and practical application. You will play a key role in shaping students into industry-ready professionals through hands-on, application-oriented learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical laboratory sessions in C and Python programming.
• Design, develop, and continuously update curriculum content aligned with current industry trends and workforce requirements.
• Mentor students on academic projects, internships, research activities, and career development.
• Facilitate hands-on learning through real-world use cases, coding exercises, and problem-solving methodologies.
• Assess student performance through assignments, examinations, project evaluations, and continuous feedback.
• Support students in developing strong programming fundamentals, analytical thinking, and software development skills.
• Collaborate with university faculty and academic teams to enhance learning outcomes and curriculum effectiveness.
• Encourage participation in hackathons, coding competitions, workshops, and technical events.

Educational Qualifications

• M.Tech / Ph.D. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong academic background in programming and computer science fundamentals.
• Prior teaching, academic, corporate training, or industry experience will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in C and Python programming.
• Sound understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Object-Oriented Programming concepts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for students.
• Strong mentoring and student engagement capabilities.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science is preferred.
