• Position: Assistant Manager Operations (Banking Collections)

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 47 years of experience in Banking Collections/BFSI Collections.
• At least 12 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or Team Leader handling collections operations.
• Strong knowledge of collections strategies, delinquency management, recovery processes, and team performance management.
• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and people management skills.
• Ability to drive KPIs including Collections, Productivity, Quality, Compliance, and Customer Experience.
• Graduation is mandatory.
