Key Responsibilities

Technical & Design Support

Review customer specifications, drawings, and technical documents related to mechanical design.

Prepare and submit engineering drawings using AutoCAD and SolidWorks for customer approval.

Revise and amend drawings based on feedback from customers or the Production Manager.

Ensure all designs comply with specifications, manufacturing feasibility, and quality standards.

Quotation & Costing

Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on project scope.

Prepare and submit quotations to customers.

Follow up with customers to clarify technical details and ensure requirements are fulfilled.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

Conduct daily QA checks during product release to maintain quality standards.

Ensure Quality Management System (QMS) documents are properly maintained.

Support and implement quality control processes in compliance with ISO standards.

Documentation Management

Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, and technical documents.

Ensure all engineering and quality documents are organized and updated regularly.

Production & Site Support

Support the production team during fabrication and assembly processes.

Assist in resolving technical issues related to design and manufacturing.

Ensure products are fabricated according to approved drawings and specifications.

Skid platforms

Form hose reels

Enclosures and panels

Bicycle racks

Battery racks

Construction structural works
