The Souled Store is one Indias fastest growing youth focused lifestyle brand. We started in 2013 as a homegrown Indian brand and today we are one of the largest online merchandising platforms with licenses like Disney, Warner Bros., WWE, IPL, Viacom18 to name a few. Apart from selling products with themed designs such as superheroes, movies, TV shows, and cartoons, the brand also is at the forefront of the latest youth style and fashion trends. In addition to core men and women wear apparel categories, we are also in the process of expanding to new categories and we are expanding across action figures, backpacks and collectibles and are scaling in footwear and kidswear


Although we are primarily an online brand, weve expanded in the offline retail space as well and have 40 stores across India with plans for expansion pan India.

Roles & Responsibilities:


Lead and oversee the design and execution of creatives for one of our fastest growing assets our offline retail stores (store creatives)

Drive packaging design strategy and continuously enhance outputs by providing strong creative direction

Stay ahead of latest design trends in visual, digital, and graphic design; mentor the team on typography, layout, and design excellence

Oversee creation and quality of digital marketing assets e.g., banners, ads, social media, carousels and other marketing collaterals

Manage and mentor a team of designers; ensure timely delivery and high-quality output across projects

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, retail, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand communication

Take ownership of multiple visual communication projects and ensure alignment with overall brand strategy


Competencies & Abilities:


Fluent in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator

Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to lead and guide design problem-solving

Exceptional attention to detail with a strong eye for alignment and design consistency

Proven leadership, organizational, and project management skills; ability to prioritize and manage overlapping tasks/projects

Takes complete ownership of team deliverables and ensures deadlines are met consistently

Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced, challenging environment

Deep understanding of TSS merchandise, fandom, and pop culture space with a strong creative vision and leadership mindset
